The Society for Vascular Medicine 23rd Annual Scientific Sessions puts your company in front of leading vascular medicine professionals from around the globe! The SVM exhibit hall provides attendees with first-hand information about products and services specific to the field of vascular medicine.

Exhibit Space Assignment
Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Contracts will only be processed with full payment. Complete the attached SVM Exhibit Contract and note your booth location preference.

Support

Support a one-time event or activity or purchase a support package. Reach the leaders as well as those on the front lines— those who bring advancements in vascular medicine to those who need it most.

Exhibit and Support Prospectus | Support Contract

 Supporter benefits:

  • Acknowledgment in printed meeting program or addendum
  • Acknowledgement on meeting signs placed outside of session rooms
  • Acknowledgment on the SVM Web site and in the SVM newsletter

All support will be handled in a manner that is in accordance with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) Standards for Commercial Support. In order to outline those expectations and help ensure compliance, all supporters will be required to sign a written agreement (exhibitor agreement or Letter of Agreement) outlining terms and conditions of the arrangement.

Room Drop Promotional Program

To help increase traffic into your exhibit booth, SVM will deliver your printed invitation to your exhibit booth to the sleeping rooms of all Annual Meeting attendees staying at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. The room drop will take place the evening of Thursday, June 14--the peak check-in day. Materials cannot exceed 9” x 12”. See the Room Drop Promotional Program Participation form for further details.
