This year's meeting is being held April 28-May 2, 2010, at the InterContinental Hotel Cleveland, in Cleveland, Ohio. Scientific Sessions will be held April 29-30, and the Comprehensive Vascular Medicine Review will be held April 30-May 2.
We hope you'll join us in Cleveland where you'll enjoy several days of outstanding educational sessions and endless networking opportunties.
Registration for the 2010 SVM Annual Meeting is open to SVM
members and nonmembers, including applicants for membership
and anyone with an interest in vascular medicine.
Registration fees include admission to educational sessions,
poster sessions, exhibit hall, luncheons, continental breakfasts,
refreshment breaks, the Friday night Gala and access to the
presentation slides.
Friday Live Demonstration Workshops
Registration for the workshops is included in the Scientific Sessions registration fee. To register for the workshops only, the fee is $75.
Gala Event
The gala event is included in the registration fee for the Scientific
Sessions, Comprehensive Vascular Review and Live Demonstration
Workshops. If you would like to bring a guest, the cost is $40.
Students, Fellows-in-training,
SVM Associate Members
Students, fellows-in-training and SVM Associate members are
individuals who are in an accredited postgraduate training program. A
letter from your training director is required with your registration.
Payment Confirmation
After your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation
letter via e-mail. Keep a copy of the registration form for your
records. Due to registration and payment-processing time, we are
unable to confirm your registration earlier than two weeks from
the date it is submitted.
Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once,
it may result in a duplicate charge on your credit card. Send your
registration using only one method of payment. Faxed registration
forms that do not contain credit card information do not qualify as
an early paid registration. Telephone registrations are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing via
e-mail, fax or postal mail. Cancellations received by April 15, 2010,
will be subject to a $100 cancellation charge. No refunds will be
given after April 15, 2010. Substitutions are allowed at any time,
but must be submitted in writing via e-mail, fax or postal mail and
must be of the same membership status.
