The SVM 31st Annual Scientific Sessions will be held at the Grand Hyatt Denver in Denver, Colorado, where SVM has negotiated a discounted room rate of $245 per night for single, double, triple, and quad room occupancy. Rooms and rates are based on availability and are subject to state and local fees/taxes (currently 15.75 percent). Be sure to make reservations by Monday, May 11, 2020, afterwards, the discounted room rates may not apply.

All reservations require a first night room deposit, or guests can guarantee reservations with a major credit card. Your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival. Make any necessary cancellations at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Discounted room rates are available three days before and three days after the meeting dates, based on availability. Hotel check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 p.m.

Denver International Airport (DEN) is approximately 25 miles from the Grand Hyatt Denver. The estimated taxi fare is approximately $57 (one way). Taxicabs pick-up and drop-off at the airport from Jeppesen Terminal, Level 5, Island 1 outside Doors 505, 507, and 511 (Terminal East) and Doors 506, 510, and 512 (Terminal West).

Union Station: 1 mile
Light Rail Service/RTD – Stops at most corners in the city, including Sports Authority Field at Broncos Stadium at Mile High Stadium, Pepsi Center / Six Flags / Elitch Gardens, Union Station - Lower Downtown (LoDo)/Coors Field/16th Street Mall.
Denver Airport Rail – Travelers can use the A Line rail service from Denver International Airport to LoDo's (lower downtown) Union Station and back, courtesy of Regional Transportation District (RTD). The Denver airport rail has six stops along the way and takes approximately 37 minutes at a cost of $10.50 each way.
SuperShuttle is a paid service available for transport to and from the hotel. The fee to ride to or from the hotel is $22 (one way) and the service is available 24 hours per day. Reservations are not required for travel to the hotel, though guests are advised to call at least 24 hours in advance when traveling to the airport. The average temperature in Denver in late May can range from a high of 74° Fahrenheit and a low of 46° Fahrenheit. Attire for the conference is business casual. Because meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate, attendees may wish to bring a light sweater or jacket.
