Full refunds will be issued to everyone who had already registered for the Scientific Sessions and Dinner with Past Presidents. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund to process. If you paid by check, you will receive a refund by check. If you paid by credit card, the card used in the transaction will receive the credit.
If you reserved your rooms at the meeting headquarters hotel, the Grand Hyatt Denver, using the direct SVM link, the hotel will automatically cancel your reservation. You should not incur a cost to cancelling these rooms.
If you reserved your rooms at the meeting headquarters hotel, the Grand Hyatt Denver, using a third-party system such as Expedia, you must contact the Grand Hyatt Denver directly at +1-303-295-1234 to cancel your reservation.
If you booked accommodations outside of the Grand Hyatt Denver, you are responsible for cancelling all other forms of reservations. Please refer to the respective cancellation policies and phone numbers.
You are responsible for canceling your flight to Denver; unfortunately, flight cancellation fees are out of our control, but check to see if your airline has a more lenient cancellation policy because of our shared public health crisis.
