Advanced Practice Provider Course

The first annual SVM Advanced Practice Provider Course will be held in Denver, Colorado, December 14-15, 2019. This course will be a resource that will prepare participants to properly identify, diagnose and treat patients with vascular disease. The program is designed for nurse practitioners and physician assistants in the vascular medicine field. This is a non-CME event. Registration is NOW OPEN

A confirmation email will be sent once your registration has been accepted. An acceptance letter will be included with details on booking your hotel and travel. A travel stipend up to $750 will be provided towards transportation, hotel, meals during travel, etc.
