For our next iteration of the SVM journal club, we are excited to welcome Dr. Mohammad Tawawneh from Lahey Hospital and Medical Center to review the recently published HI-PRO trial evaluating the use of extended treatment of apixaban in patients with VTE with a transient provoking factor and at least one enduring risk factor.
We are also excited to welcome Dr. Greg Piazza from Brigham and Women to serve as our expert discussant during the journal club.
